Mitchell guards the growing pile of boxes as we sort into "this goes" and "this stays". Today Ross took the Suzy Bandit for a spin and has agreed to look after her from this day forth, etc., etc.. I spent a few hours in the cupboard crying after that, but I'm almost over it - a few months of therapy and I should be OK! The property managers have been traipsing through the house and making noises about rental agreements, insurance, advertising, blah, blah. All very exciting I'm sure!
