The week has ended and we have spent the morning phoning all and sundry (happy bday to Susan), and generally lazing about. Jackson is cooking a cake at the moment and Kym and Mitchell are walking downtown to do some shopping. The weather is still clear and calm, but more snow is forecast for early next week. Another day off would be nice!
Speaking of days off, poor Mitch has had a cold this week and Kym and I divided four days home with him between us as we monitored his asthma. At least the trip to the doctors was free! In the end he didn't need any antibiotics and he tottered off to school on Friday.
Friday night we joined cricket training for the first time - it was a little unusual - things are done differently here in the UK as we are all finding out. The boys have been lucky in the past to have fantastic cricket coaches (hi Peter, Dom and Ross) and they now have to adapt to different ways of doing things. Some interesting times ahead for them!
