Hi all - well another week (and indeed another month) has flown past. In this busy week we have learned...1. Jackson earned a silver medal in the National Mathematics Challenge
2. Mitchell had two days at home with a throat infection
3. Anthony is a struggling bass singer (well, I am struggling with Olivet to Calvary in preparation for Easter)
4. Kym thinks The Bromfords School is better than Beauchamps because we didn't have a stabbing this week.
5. Brasov is so much better than Bucharest for tourists, so we go north from the capital after Easter to get that authentic Transylvanian experience.
6. Anzac biscuits are very nice (1 cup plain flour, 1 cup rolled oats, 1 cup brown sugar, 1 cup dessicated coconut (mix together) Melt 125g butter with 2 tbspns golden syrup. When melted add 1 tspn bicarb dissolved in 2 tbspns boiling water. Mix into dry ingredients, roll out to walnut size balls and bake for 20 minutes at 180degC)
7. If you take enough pictures, one will turn out nice (see pic of the day, taken on the lane in Lower Westhouse in Yorkshire - which is completely uncropped, unaldulterated, unaltered, uneverything)
8. Weekends are much better if you don't have to write heaps of reports {sigh}
Have a great weekend!

Hello Peck family
I now know more on Brasov after getting on to the site and reading up about it - sounds good.
Congatulations Jackson on the silver medal and Michell hope the sore throat has disappeared.
It is the time of the year for Anzac biscuits - trouble is I am inclined to eat too many ( not good for the waist line you know).
Hope your weekend went well.
