Sunday four far away
Well, it's the start of the infamous "half-term" - one week off from school just when the kids need school the most, coming up to exam season! Crazy!Yesterday was a gorgeous day weatherwise so we washed about everything in sight, but sadly today the rain set in again. We churched the morning away, and then went to Chelmsford to meet up with friends for a very long lunch. Tomorrow is "bank holiday" here so Kym is at home. We will start the paperwork war necessary to get us back to Oz. At this stage it looks like Stansted -> Cork, then Belfast -> Glasgow, Edinburgh -> London, London -> Singapore and then onto Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne and finally home. We are out from Wickford on the 30th July, and back in Perth early September. See you then?
In the meantime we are expecting some visitors soon - Kathy and Warwick next week and Cameron soon after. This week is the first break we have had from school/work since we have been in the UK where we are not taking off to another country! It feels a bit weird really but there is so much to do. Maybe towards the end of the week we might slip into London and maybe visit St. Pauls or Kew Gardens. Stay tuned!
