Tornado and Trauma

Last night Mitchell was escorted by Jackson down to the local shops on a flimsy premise, only to be confronted by 50 crying teenagers who had organised a surprise farewell! Hours of trauma later, he had to be literally dragged out by his dad as the mass hysteria showed no signs of abeyance. A very distraught lad but ultimately a lovely gesture by a few of his mates here.
More trauma of a different type in Perth as a mini-tornado rips through our street and rearranges some trees and fences. Those with long memories will remember our shed being demolished two years ago by a young inexperienced driver crashing through the same fence! I wonder if this shed was built on a gravesite! Fortunately our tenants and their dogs had moved on, as the area their dogs were housed in came down. We are negotiating repairs via the agents, and hopefully it'll be all nice for our return - assuming better weather!
We are off to Cork on Wednesday, but we have a few farewell parties and lots of cleanup to negotiate before that time - here's hoping the energy levels can be maintained. A big hi to everyone, and please leave a message!
Bye - Ant.

Comments:
Bon Voyage Pecks! Have a great holiday before your arrival back in Perth. There will be a lot of excited welcome homes to go some way towards the sad farewells. What a fantastic experience you have all had.
